Very well made and good design. It was a perfect fit for my dog, other carriers just did not cut it. The comfort pads work perfectly and it is comfortable for the neck - no more choking or gagging like he had at times with other carriers. So easy on the human's body to carry with the adjustable and padded strap. I could walk hours comfortably with this.
